Terms and Conditions

How to Order

Simply drop us an email at bagtastic.sg@gmail.com to order and general enquires.

We will try to reply within 24 hours.


Payment

Full payment must be made within 3 working days once confirmation email is sent. Otherwise, transaction will automatically be cancelled and re-listed on website.

Payment to be transferred to POSB acc. Details of account will be informed once you place an order.

Please email us at bagtastic.sg@gmail.com once you have transferred payment when your order is confirmed. We will reply with a payment confirmation(invoice) once payment is received.

We will not entertain orders without payment.

No cancellation can be made after payment.


Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns/exchange.

Therefore, please consider carefully and check item description properly before placing an order. Please feel free to clear all doubts before arranging a transaction.


Delivery Methods

a) Items can be Self Collected at any MRT stations between Raffles Place and Paya Lebar.

b) Items can also be delivered.
Delivery charges apply : $8 to $15 depending on location and size of items.
